What happened to Mineblogger?

At midnight AWST on 15 December, the website known as Mineblogger became The Resource Channel.

Accompanying the new name is the launch of our Job Board - the only niche job site for the total Australian Resource Sector.

The Resource Channel is a fresh concept in job news for the Australian Resource Sector that intends to de-mystify where the jobs are now and in the future, and to offer practical tips, advice, information and current job vacancies to help you with your next career move.

The site will continually evolve to offer a complete range of services aimed to simplify the connection between you and Australian Resource Sector employers, recruiters, training providers and associations.

Why the change?

As we evolve the site from blogging, the new name was selected to better reflect the total industry and our objective to channel information in one easy location. The Resource Channel is the industry-recognised central expert hub on careers in the industry.

Why change now?

With the launch of our job board, and plans to continuously introduce a range of exciting and innovative functionality, we felt it necessary to give you a new name to go with the new-look website. The team and all else associated with the site remain the same.
